What a pleasure Sam Kazzaz is to have for all of our catering needs. Sam catered for our clients at our addiction rehabilitation centre and the clients raved about his food. There were so happy to be served such delicious and nutritious meals. We can’t wait to have Sam back at the centre again. Thank you for all you do Sam.

We were put in touch with Sam to cater for our Captains dinner event at our golf club. It is the most prestigious event in the calendar year for clubs and we had very short notice to find a chef to cater for a menu that had already been confirmed for over 70 guests. Not only did Sam and his assistant Becky, go above and beyond for the event, all the guests said it was the best meal that they had ever had at the club. As if the menu, set by someone other than Sam wasn’t challenging enough with the type of catering facilities we have at the club, Sam also made extra ‘amuse bouches’ for all the guests before the 4 course meal. He wanted the diners to sample his cuisine and provided them himself, all homemade, the guests loved it all. We can’t thank Sam and Becky enough for their amazing effort, Sam was so professional and diligent in every aspect, and surpassed every expectation. He approaches every catering booking as if it was his own restaurant and that really shows in the end result. His flair and talent were very much appreciated and we hope to collaborate with Sam and his team again in the future.

Sam was a wonderful breath of fresh air when he arrived at Willow Wood! The food he creates, from fresh and simple ingredients, is wonderful to behold (and taste). His generosity and consideration of others has quickly become the stuff of legend across our whole school. The additional, generous and thoughtful treats he provided for the children, as well as amazing morning pastries and some incredible lunches for our staff were extremely well received and helped raise everyone’s spirits. Sam has gone above and beyond during his time with us and bought so much more than his food to our school – fantastic!

We have used Sam many times at our site and he is always a breath of fresh air, his passion and commitment are infectious to our staff and he brings a fresh culinary angle to our business with his unique food style and dishes, what he does for charity is selfless and inspirational, he will always be welcome back with open arms.
